Our building process
When you build with us, you’ll work with Kyle and the team from your first conversation to the day we hand over the keys. We’ll guide you through every stage - from consultation and quoting to the build itself - keeping you informed and confident throughout. No hidden costs, no surprises, just a straightforward, honest build from people who love what they do.

Enquiry & Discovery
You reach out to us (call, email, or via the website), and we talk through what you’re after - whether that’s a detailed custom design or a Clever Living home option. We’ll ask about your site, budget, timeline, and must-haves, so we can best tailor our proposal to you.

Initial Consultation & Proposal
We meet on site (or virtually) to explore ideas, review your site logistics, and walk through potential designs. Then we’ll send you a proposal including a scope of work and an estimate - all written clearly with no hidden costs.

Design & Planning

For high-spec builds, we help refine architectural plans, exterior and interior design details, material selections, and schedules.

For Clever Living, we finalise one of our standard home designs with allowances for smart customisations (e.g. layout tweaks, finish upgrades).

We also handle building consent, structural design, and council requirements, keeping compliance simple for you.

Quoting & Contract
Once the design is settled, we’ll present you with a fully itemised, fixed-price quote. You’ll review scope, materials, allowances, and timelines. Sign off on the contract, pay the deposit, and we officially begin.

Building Begins
Throughout, you’ll receive regular updates, site photos, and milestone check-ins. We ensure open communication so you always know what’s happening.

You Get The Keys
We'll be there at the end of the build, handing over your keys and opening door to your new home.
